Contributor Terms and Conditions
These Contributor Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between
Isle of Wight Stock (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "our") and you (referred to
as "the Contributor," "you," or "your"). By becoming a contributor to our stock site, you
agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Asset Ownership:
• By submitting assets to our stock site, you grant the Isle of Wight Stock full but
non-exclusive permission to sell the assets commercially with no limitations,
including but not limited to, the right to license, sublicense, and distribute the
assets to our customers.
2. Notice of Asset Removal:
• You agree to provide a 12-week notice period if you intend to request the removal
of your assets from our site. This allows us to manage our content effectively.
3. Commission:
• You will receive a commission of 30% on every sale of your assets through our
platform.
4. Pricing and Discounts:
• You grant the Company permission to set the price for your assets to best suit
the market conditions. This includes the right to offer discounts as deemed
necessary.
5. Model Releases:
• You confirm that you have obtained and will provide model releases for all
recognisable individuals featured in your assets, as required by law.
6. Property Releases:
• You confirm that you have obtained and will provide property releases for all
identifiable private properties featured in your assets, as required by law.
7. Social Media Sharing:
• You grant the Company permission to share and post your assets on our social
media channels for promotional purposes.
8. Sub-License to Customers:
• You grant the Company the right to issue sub-licenses to our customers for the
use of your assets under the terms of this Agreement.

9. Ownership Retention:
• You retain full ownership of the work you submit. Our use of your assets is strictly
limited to the permissions outlined in this Agreement.
10. Payment Schedule:
• Payments for asset sales will be made to you on a quarterly basis, subject to a
minimum payout threshold as determined by the Company of £20.
11. Tax Responsibility:
• You are responsible for any taxes related to the income generated through the
sale of your assets on our platform.
12. Account Termination:
• The Company reserves the right to terminate your contributor account with a 90-
day written notice if we deem it necessary.
By submitting your assets to our stock site, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Contributor Terms and Conditions. This Agreement
constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company and supersedes
any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. We may update these
terms from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes.
